Required Questions
01. Please give the name, class and spec of the character that you would like to have as your main in Unleashed. Are there other specs that you would consider raiding with on this character?
Iromedra preist shadow/dis prefered shadow
02. Please give the names, classes and specs of any alts that you would like to bring into the guild. Are there other specs you would like to play with these characters other than thier main specs?

03. What are your constraints that limit the time you spend playing WoW?
before 2pm on most days none. At night dependent on work schedule.usually after 12am not a problem though.
04. If you are invited to join Unleashed, will you commit to making all of our scheduled 25man raids while you are a recruit? If not, please explain.
As long as I am able to make it I will be there, if there is a conflict between raiding and work i will unfortunately have to go to work.
05. What is your raiding experience? What did you raid at level 60? 70? 80? What characters and specs did you raid on? Please give details about each level of experience.
I am very new to raiding, but have recently done a few such as the TOC 25 and the razorscale weekly as a dis healer, but I am far more interested in going to raids as a shadowpreist
06. Please list your current and former guilds and your reasons for leaving. What roles did you play in them?
My current guild is Stoned to Death and they are a great group of friends that picked me up when I first started playing wow. The majority of our active members do wintersgrasp and farm heroics and we are more of a social group than a raiding guild. We have only had one raid that i know of and it was a toc25 if i recall correctly. I missed due to work. I just like everyone else farm heroics and go to wintersgrasp whenever its time to go. My reason for leaving is that I feel like im ready to start raiding and the guild isnt large enough or organized enough to start raiding.
07. What do you do in WoW when you're not raiding?
Farm heroics and work on my professions. Occasionally level an alt. Rep Farm
08. How will our raid benefit from having you in it? What are your particular strengths? What are your goals? In what ways are you currently improving your game?
Shadow priests bring alot to the table as far as raid buffs go and dps wise we are very potent. Currently I am working on my dps i spend a lot of time reading forums and researching gear upgrades that i could use to increase my dps.
09. How will you get better as a player while you are with Unleashed?
My hopes are that I can gain better gear and possibly learn from a experienced spriest in your guild that could guide me to a higher level of play.
10. Please explain why you are a good fit for Unleashed. Why do you want to join? Why will we be glad you did? Anything else you would like to add or mention that will put you in a favorable light?
I feel like I am a friendly person and rather enjoy making connections with the people i play with on the game and as far as fits go i dont know if i am a good fit yet but would like the opportunity to find out if i am a fit for your guild

Hi Iromedra.  Thanks for applying to Unleashed.  We are not much of an entry level raiding guild, I'm afraid we won't really be a good fit for you.  I suggest you get all your gear enchanted.  There's nothing on most of your gear.  Level enchanting to get the ring enchants.  I also suggest you use sp/haste gems for your yellow slots instead of crit.  You are way over hit cap,  you only need 11%, 10% with a draenai in your party.  Maximize your spell power and secondly haste while dropping the hit.
