I strive to maximize my dps, as well as the raids. I have great situational awareness. I want to clear endgame content. I play all the time trying to learn things I don't know.

09. How will you get better as a player while you are with Unleashed?

Learn things I don't know from fellow raiders.

10. Please explain why you are a good fit for Unleashed. Why do you want to join? Why will we be glad you did? Anything else you would like to add or mention that will put you in a favorable light?

I am a dependable raider. I want to have fun clearing endgame, but at the same time taking the content seriously.

Also, I don't know if you respec for raid time, but there are 7 points in your arms spec that have no benefit in PVE situations. Take the points out of deflection, blood craze, and piercing howl, put them in heroic strike and improved slam. That will give you a dps boost. The weapon mastery points are also questionable, but with lack of expertise on arms gear, its understandable.

If you replace bladestorm and sweeping strike glyphs with glyph of rend and execute, you will also get a dps boost.
