Required Questions
01. Please give the name, class and spec of the character that you would like to have as your main in Unleashed. Are there other specs that you would consider raiding with on this character?
Kierol, 80 DWARF priest, shadow. I haven't really picked up any gear for other specs, but I can start picking up pieces and spec into healing if needed.
02. Please give the names, classes and specs of any alts that you would like to bring into the guild. Are there other specs you would like to play with these characters other than thier main specs?
Brotato-19 Dwarf future Tankadin Fifthgrader-21 Gnome Warrior Cosmiclol-31 NE space chicken No other 80s.
03. What are your constraints that limit the time you spend playing WoW?
For one, school. Work on Fridays/weekends is another, and hanging out with some friends on the weekends.
04. If you are invited to join Unleashed, will you commit to making all of our scheduled 25man raids while you are a recruit? If not, please explain.
I looked at your raiding times which are exactly like SoB's and so I can make it on every night. Extremely rare exceptions would be RL emergencies and exam week.
05. What is your raiding experience? What did you raid at level 60? 70? 80? What characters and specs did you raid on? Please give details about each level of experience.
At level 60 I raided on my tauren resto druid through all 20-man content, full clear MC, BWL, all the way to the Prophet Skeram in AQ40. At level 70 I have seen all content on Kierol, who was shadow (save for Sunwell past Felmyst which I did via pug both at 70 AND 80). At level 80 on Kierol, still shadow I have killed everything, ICC specifically I have not killed Putricide, both bosses in Frostwing Halls, and Blood Queen. Yogg is the only boss pre-ICC that I have never killed, since I took a break during Yogg progression because people were getting burned out.
06. Please list your current and former guilds and your reasons for leaving. What roles did you play in them?
-our leader announced today that SoB will stop raiding a)because of burnout from people who held us back during progression raids and b)the general interest towards raiding in general was deteriorating because of people not showing up due to A.
07. What do you do in WoW when you're not raiding?
I run heroics and level alts. I also farm gold but have stopped. From time to time my friends ask me to run their alts through instances, so I zone in and pull everything, hit fade, let their alt die, and hearth.
08. How will our raid benefit from having you in it? What are your particular strengths? What are your goals? In what ways are you currently improving your game?
One, you will be benefiting from my competitive DPS that I bring to every raid. I bring a serious, yet lighthearted attitude with room for having a laugh because I believe that raiding should not only be serious but have its lighthearted moments. I research my class on a regular basis because of WoW's current ever-changing nature. I seek a guild that shares my ambition to see new content and to meet new people. Although I am far above hit cap right now I am trying to replace my +hit pieces with other offensive stats, such as crit or haste (preferably haste).
09. How will you get better as a player while you are with Unleashed?
Like I said, I am a competitive player. Since there are bound to be people (hopefully not a lot) that will best me in my role, my reaction is to research and do better. There's also bound to be people who can teach me how to do what I don't know how to do yet, and I can pass that knowledge onto guildies and friends.
10. Please explain why you are a good fit for Unleashed. Why do you want to join? Why will we be glad you did? Anything else you would like to add or mention that will put you in a favorable light?
I think that I'm a good fit because if I'm called out, I'm not gonna rage on vent and leave raid out of anger, because I know that being called out is essentially constructive criticism. To see new content and to do things that I couldn't do in SoB (such as hard/heroic modes) is a big plus, and I like meeting new people. I'm keen on improving my situational awareness and if a guildie recommends an addon to me that will help me out in raiding or in another area, I'll give it a shot.
